"Fauns with youthful Bacchus follow;
Ivy crowns that brow, supernal
As the forehead of Apollo,
And possessing youth eternal.
"Round about him fair Bacchantes,
Bearing cymbals, flutes and thyrses,
Wild from Naxian groves or Zante's
Vineyards, sing delirious verses."

"Bacchus is my new favorite restaurant on St Croix. I had one of the best meals I have ever had anywhere. We started with the Lobster Bisque which was delicious, then I had the duck and my sister had the pasta. Everything was exceptional and I would have licked my plate if I could have gotten away with it."
"I dined at Bacchus twice in July, 2010. It was excellent in every respect. The food was gourmet, the wine list was very good and reasonably priced, and service was as good as it gets. It isn't cheap, but St. Croix is expensive in general. Given the high quality of my experience, I always put this restaurant high on my agenda when I visit St. Croix."
